How it works

One workspace per organization

Every Atlas subscription creates an organization — a shared workspace where all members work with the same data. Watchlists, alerts, saved searches, API keys, and metrics are scoped to the org, not to individual users. Your plan sets the seat limit; everything else stays the same.

Org-scoped data

All watchlists, saved searches, custom metrics, alert rules, and API keys belong to the organization — not to individual seats. Invite a colleague and they see everything immediately.

Roles & permissions

Owners manage billing and settings. Admins can invite members and manage API keys. Members have full read/write access to org data. Fine-grained control stays simple.

Seat limits, not feature walls

Plans differ only by how many people can join the org. There are no feature paywalls between tiers — a 1-seat Professional and a 50-seat Enterprise access the same registry, metrics engine, and API.

Custom modules

Beyond the standard platform

Enterprise and specialized teams often need Atlas wired directly into their existing workflows and data sources. We build tailored modules — scoped to your organization, deployed on the same infrastructure, included in your tenancy.

Data integration

Connect Atlas registry data to your internal sources — CRMs, ERP systems, proprietary databases, or third-party data providers.

Internal CRM / ERP sync
Third-party data enrichment pipelines
Custom webhook routing & transformation

Report & document generation

Automated branded documents built on live Atlas data — no copy-paste, no manual updates.

Due diligence & company profile PDFs
Sector competitive landscape reports
Scheduled & on-demand generation

KYC procedures integration

Wire Atlas registry verification directly into your internal Know Your Customer or Anti-Money Laundering workflows.

Real-time company status & standing checks
Management & beneficial owner lookups
Audit trail & timestamped evidence exports

Questions

Frequently asked

What counts as a seat?

A seat is one user account belonging to your organization. The org owner plus any invited members each consume one seat. Your plan sets the maximum; you can add or remove members at any time up to that limit.

Does the Basic (free) plan expire?

No. The Basic plan is free forever. You keep full access to company search, sector views, watchlists, and basic API access — with no trial clock running. Upgrade whenever your team grows.

Can multiple people share one account instead of buying extra seats?

You can, but you lose individual audit trails, role separation, and per-user API key management. The Business plan at €99/month covers 5 seats — usually cheaper than sharing credentials across a team.

What data does each plan access?

All plans access the same 1.9M company GEMI registry, the same sector and trend data, and the same API. Plans only differ in seats and advanced features like custom modules, SSO, and SLA guarantees.

Are custom modules available on lower plans?

Custom modules — data integrations, document generation, and KYC workflows — are available on Business (€99/month) and Enterprise plans. They are scoped to your organization and built and maintained by the Atlas team.
